Private Yoga Classes

One-on-one yoga lessons will help you discover a deep yoga practice in a short amount of time. For those discerning students who prefer individualised attention, personal yoga classes will bring you the mental and physical strength, focus and relaxation you need. Your teacher will guide you into a space of peace at a pace that works best for you. Valid for up to six students, we assess your requirements and create the perfect class for everyone on the mat.

NDIS Yoga Home Visits

Our teachers are advocates for inclusive, accessible and affordable yoga lessons for students on the NDIS. We prepare classes based on your needs; psychological, physical and social. At our hearts we are empathic, engaged and active participants in the community and wish to support those who require additional care in their journey through yoga.

Private Online Sessions

Wherever you are in the world, you can take a private yoga lesson. In fact, you can join in with a group of up to six to stretch, lengthen, strengthen and breathe with your own personal yoga instructor. Set up via Zoom, we can coordinate the class in consultation first and all you need do is roll out your mat, set up your device and let us lead you.
